We’ve been working with Léo Henao (pictured, centre) for years in his role as Director of Coffee at , our Colombian sourcing partner. Léo is warm, passionate and deeply knowledgeable; he is an expert in agronomy with a specialisation in coffee fermentation.

Last year, Léo acquired a farm in the Santa Barbara region and named it El Jardín ('the garden'). He sees it as a place where he can continue experimenting with fermentation, trial different varieties, and share his learnings with Pergamino’s network of coffee growers.

Our new Chiroso-variety lot from El Jardín is abundantly floral with beautiful notes of peach, blackberry and orange blossom. We’re thrilled to have this special coffee on our filter menu – we hope you enjoy!
