Due to the recent floods, all of our shallots are coming from Victoria, even still, they’re holding plenty of moisture and proving to be difficult in the mix. Bare with us over the next couple months as some of our NSW farms recover and we have a better selection on offer at FISHBOWL. 🙏🏼

Brothers Sam & Steve run a phenomenal farm only an hour away from our kitchen. We’ve been working with the guys for years to get the perfect golden beets, radish & kale.
It’s been particularly hard of late as the floods destroyed much of the local kale supply, hence the kale & savoy mix we’ve been running with!
Fortunately, the outlook is a little brighter now. 🌱🌤
