Hi everyone! We’ve been a little MIA on socials since mid last year but just letting everyone know we’re still here ☺️

Honestly, it’s been a year with both it’s highs and lows that’s pushed us in ways I never expected — both personally and professionally❤️

Last year, I hit the big 5-0 and celebrated with the people I love the most, and then had an incredible win with my team at St Vincent’s— winning gold in the Restaurant Challenge, Dessert Category! 🎉

On the flip side, we had to unexpectedly vacate our previous kitchen/warehouse, which hit us hard and immensely disrupted our operations but it forced us to dream bigger (and think differently). We found new ways to reach people and started pushing for our 5L ice cream tubs, hiring out our kariton freezer for private events, and expanded into markets and events that weren’t just for the Filipino community… It felt surreal to see our little business grow and connect with so many new faces, even in the face of uncertainty…

Despite the setbacks from last year, 2025 is already showing so much promise. As we move into our new kitchen space, we’re filled with excitement for what’s to come for Dirty Ice Cream… To the people who continues to support us- Maraming Salamat❤️ This journey is as much yours as it is ours, and we can’t wait to keep making sweet memories together!🙏

A huge thank you to all of you who came out to support Dirty Ice Cream at last Saturday! We sold out in just 3 hours and had to start selling cookies individually towards the end as we ran out of ice cream😔 We’re incredibly grateful for your enthusiasm and support!❤️

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be back at EziTreat again soon, and we promise to bring heaps more ice cream for you all to enjoy🥰🫶

Fortunate to have been part of the Philippine Independence Day collaboration with the x .au where my Pandan sorbet was used as one of the desserts together with Pandan sylvanas by .melb , pandan and calamansi coulis.

Here’s the dessert I made for restaurant challenge

- Vanilla white chocolate mousse with ube jam insert glazed with ube cream liqueur
- Pandan cremeux
- Jackfruit compote with Tanduay rum
- Pinipig polvoron
- Ube tuille
- Calamansi foam

Thank you, for the vanilla beans and other ingredients, for the ube cream liqueur and for Tanduay rum (I only used a little bit...we could drink the rest with my St. Vincent’s team).

This refreshing treat, crafted with the finest calamansi, burst with tangy goodness, offers as a perfect palate cleanser between courses or as a delightful finale to your dining experience.

As it occasionally graces our pop-up events and markets, we’ve been thrilled to receive numerous requests to make it a permanent fixture to our menu…. hopefully soon! 🥰🙏

Kinda late to post but nonetheless, would like to thank everyone who attended the screening of “Ma’am Tere” last weekend! Your presence and enthusiasm made the event truly special, and we’re incredibly thankful for your support🙏

A big shout-out goes to .kape and for organising this event and for being wonderful collaborators, tagging us to create a delicious treat using our classic Pinoy sorbetes using their delicious kape beans. ☕️🍦

Serving it with a choice of cups/cones or pan de sal, and topping it with either biscoff biscuit crumbs it coco cacao nibs, it was surely a hit among guests.

Once again, thank you for your support and we hope to see you again at our next event🙏🥰
